About the role - Brand Program Manager at Scaler

Scaler Academy is perhaps one of the best-kept secrets in the tech world. As we scale Scaler, we wish to let this secret out by driving brand narratives across online and offline platforms for building awareness, preference and trust.

As a part of the brand team, this position is responsible for creating & leading high-impact brand-building programs. The role will report to the Head of Brand Marketing

Prefered Experience
  • MBA from Tier 1 B-School with at least 2 years of experience in Brand Management/Sales
  • Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial venture in the education space is not compulsory but would be a big plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic

    • Work closely with the leadership team to understand specific branding goals and objectives, prioritize programs and allocate marketing resources as appropriate.
    • Design & execute branding programs with clearly defined objectives, benefits, budgets, distribution plans & expected outcomes.
    • Prioritize the right initiatives to drive the highest ROI on spends.
    • Clearly define success metrics, funnel structures & measurement methods and reporting processes
    • Identify Strategic Brand Alliance opportunities
    • Conduct user research to ideate and prioritize brand programs
  • Program Management

    • Work with Brand Associates to create project plans by identifying all the tasks that need to be completed and align team members by allocating responsibilities
    • Create reporting & operational processes and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
    • Work with SEO, Writers, Production, Design, PR, Social, Advertising and Market Research internal teams/agencies/freelancers to create path-breaking brand work.
    • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
    • Work with the mid-funnel & sales teams to drive conversions.
    • Measuring and reporting performance of marketing initiatives and assess against goals (ROI and KRs)
