You will be responsible for retaining customers and negotiating renewals and account growth, providing strategic recommendations on how to best use our tool, and helping us achieve maximum sales profitability.
Roles and Responsibility
- Targets companies within the segment that prioritize winning the war for talent and attracting the best people to their organization.
- Mapping potential clients and scheduling meetings with them.
- Builds sales funnels through prospecting efforts including but not limited to client referrals, regional networking, webinars, and cold calling.
- Follows-up and actions on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing and prospecting activity.
- Proven experience in dealing with C Level executives in technology companies.
- Plan a weekly sales cycle and meet prospective clients daily.
- Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payments from clients.
- Media Tracking to generate prospects
- Preparing sales and sales-related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection reports, monthly sales plans, etc.
- Plan and budget revenue generation for the week and month
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate from premium institute (MBA good to have)
- 3+ years of experience
- Prior experience in account management & sales in the Recruitment/HR tech industry is a plus.
- Someone who comes with Broad Network to help us get good clients onboarded for the students
- Skilled at closing deals that are more advanced in scope and size. Customers consistently have significant elements of complexity
- Understanding the market in terms of customer needs and buying behavior, assessing the market requirement suggesting new marketing ideas for Scaler.
