What do we do?

Scaler Academy is an online accelerator program that effectively enhances the coding skills of software professionals. We teach our students all the relevant skills needed in software jobs, mentor them to crack recruitment processes and also provide them with referrals to the best opportunities in the software industry across the globe. Students in the Academy spend an average of 3-5 hours daily on the platform, learning and practising their skills. We provide our students access of over 400 working professionals from top software companies including Facebook, Amazon, Google, Directi and Microsoft among others who act as instructors, mentors, teaching assistants and career coaches. Renowned leaders like Bhavin Turakhia (CoFounder and CEO of Directi Group and Zeta), Rajan Anandan (ex-APAC Head of Google) and Jason Goldberg (CEO of Fab.com) are some of the people that guide Scaler students.
Scaler Mission

Why do we do?

Via InterviewBit, we did our bit by helping young professionals better their chances of working with leading technology companies. Since 2015, we have changed the lives of over 4000 young professionals by helping them get their dream jobs in leading technology companies. Over 600 organisations today trust us with their tech recruitment. We realised early on that most people we engage with are capable of achieving even greater things given the right guidance. The only thing missing in the picture was access to instructors and mentors, who would not only teach them new skills but also guide them in their careers. This led us to launch Scaler Academy back in April 2019. We strongly believe that capable individuals can build their dream careers if we bridge the gap between their theoretical knowledge and industry-specific skills. And Scaler Academy does just that.
