Job Title: Content Marketing Manager, UG
Reports to: Director - Growth & GTM, SST
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engages our target audience, and ultimately contributes to the growth of our business.
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that leverages YouTube and Instagram to drive website traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, relevant content across various platforms, including but not limited to blogs, social media, email, and video.
- Manage LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, engaging with our existing audience and fostering community interactions.
- Coordinate with students to showcase their campus stories creatively across various platforms.
- Write, edit, and proofread content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and more, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and other visual assets, collaborating with internal and external teams as needed.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve the visibility of our content in search engines and increase organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure content is visually appealing and in line with our brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing efforts, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, freelancers, and agencies, ensuring the successful execution of the content strategy
- Proven experience in content marketing, with a track record of creating and executing successful content strategies that drive results.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for various channels and audiences.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
- Strong bias for action and ownership
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track content performance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging content formats.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
