Solution Approach

• We can binary search on our answer as it follows monotonicity.
• Now we will take two ends l and r. For each iteration of binary search we will consider mid = (l + r)/2
• Now mid would be the maximum length of each chocolate.
• Now, we will change our l and r pointer depending on whether we are able to generate C chocolates or not. For decision making see complete solution.
