Solution Approach

• For a number of length N, there are 2N - 1 different possible cases.
• If we use binary representation, 0000, 0001, 0010.
• Here, 0 represents absent and 1 represents present, which we can use to say whether '+' is present or absent.
• Iterate through all the masks of the inserting '+'.
• In each iteration, add all values as $(val * 10 + ith value)$, when the ith position is 0 and adding them up in total when ith position is 1.

Time Complexity : $O(N * 2 ^ N)$
