- The first requirement can be reduced to a very simple thing.
- After that, it can be solved with a nice xor trick.
- The first requirement simply reduces to - the sub-arrays must be non-overlapping.
- The xor trick you can use is that the xor of a subarray i to j is: prefix_xor[j] xor prefix_xor[i-1]
- It is very similar to how prefix sums work.
- After doing all of this, just iterate through all indices and update the answer with the sum of maximum xor on the left + maximum xor on the right.
