Solution Approach

• If we extend any subarray, the length of the subarray will increase, and bitwise AND could remain the same or decrease.
• These two values are monotonic so their difference will also be monotonic.
• So we will start from the first index and find where this difference will become zero,
• we only need to change the found index value which can be set to 0.
• Then start the above process from the next element.

Time Complexity:- $O(Nlog(N)log(N))$

Space Complexity:- $O(N)$
